Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. The 30-day trial does not require a credit card. Request a trial and our team sets up your workspace within one business day.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is charged, because there is no card on file. You can choose a plan to continue; if you don't, the trial simply ends.
How do I know which plan fits?
Plans are sized by the number of grants you track, the total grant dollars under management, and the number of users. Pick the smallest plan that covers all three. If you're unsure or close to a limit, contact us or book a demo and we'll help you choose.
Is there a discount for paying annually?
Yes. Annual billing is $1,999 for Starter, $3,990 for Professional, and $7,990 for Premium, which works out to roughly 16–17% less than paying monthly for a year.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Contact us at support@grantguard.ai and we'll move you to the plan that fits as your grant portfolio grows or shrinks.
Is onboarding included?
Yes. Every plan includes a tutorial and live onboarding. Premium adds team training, and Enterprise includes custom training.
Can we cancel anytime?
